PNG Files Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any PNG file, you agree to the following terms:

• No file sharing.

The file is for your personal use only. Sharing, forwarding, gifting, trading, or allowing access to any files to another individual or group is strictly prohibited.

• No altering or modifying files.

Files may not be edited, altered, recolored, traced, resized for redistribution, or manipulated in any way for resale or sharing.

• No redistribution.

You may not upload, resell, distribute, bundle, include in drives, or offer these files in any form—free or paid.

• Commercial use requires a license.

• Transfers may not be sold without a license.

The PNG files may not be used to create, sell, or distribute DTF transfers, sublimation transfers, screen print transfers, or any other physical or digital transfer format unless a valid commercial license has been purchased.

• No third-party production.

You may not upload or send these PNG files to a third-party printer or manufacturer for the purpose of creating transfers without a commercial license.

• License compliance required.

If you do hold a commercial license, transfers must be sold in accordance with the specific terms of that license. Any use outside of those terms is prohibited.

• No resale of the PNG DIGITAL itself.

Even with a commercial license, the original PNG file may never be resold, shared, or redistributed in any form.

• Ownership & rights.

All designs remain intellectual property of Ink Riot Design Co. Purchase grants access—not ownership.

By purchasing any PNG file in the PNG Collection, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms in full.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
