Annual Drive Terms & Conditions (2026)

By purchasing and/or accessing the Drive, you agree to the following terms:

• No file sharing.

This drive is for your personal use only. Sharing, forwarding, gifting, trading, or allowing access to any files to another individual or group is strictly prohibited.

• No altering or modifying files.

Files may not be edited, altered, recolored, traced, resized for redistribution, or manipulated in any way for resale or sharing.

• No redistribution.

You may not upload, resell, distribute, bundle, include in drives, or offer these files in any form—free or paid.

• No resale of the DIGITAL itself.

• Ownership & rights.

All designs remain intellectual property of Ink Riot Design Co. Purchase grants access—not ownership.

• Zero-tolerance enforcement.

I reserve the right to remove access to the Drive immediately and without refund if any terms are violated. Removal may occur at my sole discretion if misuse, sharing, or redistribution is suspected or confirmed.

• No warnings required.

Violations will result in immediate removal. No second chances.

By accessing this drive, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms in full.

No refunds once access is granted.

Duplicate Purchase Disclaimer:

Due to the large and continuously growing number of files within this drive, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the contents before purchasing additional designs. I am not responsible for duplicate purchases of files that may already be included in the drive. Refunds or adjustments will not be issued for duplicates.

Ink Riot Design Co. is not responsible for any TM IN. Use at your own risk.  

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
